Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes — we ask for a card upfront but you won't be charged until your 7-day trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you'll never be billed.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They just open the link you send them, enter their name, and start leaving feedback. No signup, no app download.
What file types do you support?
JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF for direct upload. For video reviews, paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom link.
How much storage do I get?
Pro plans include 2 GB of storage. Agency plans include 20 GB. Storage is shared across all your projects.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is my client's feedback private?
Yes. Review links are protected by a cryptographically random URL. Only people with the link can access it. You can also add password protection on top.
Can I set review links to expire?
Yes. When creating a project you can choose a preset expiry (7 or 30 days) or set a custom duration up to 365 days.
Will I be notified when clients leave feedback?
Yes. You can enable email notifications in your account settings to receive a digest when new comments are posted on your projects.
Do you offer annual billing?
